Shipping and Delivery

All items purchased from Propennyauction, LLC. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier or upon download of the software. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made directly from our servers Via download.

You acknowledge that delivery times will vary and any delivery time indicated is provided only as a guide and is not guaranteed. Please contact our service department at sales@propennyauction.com, if an item is not delivered within the indicated time so that we can work with you to address the issue. Propennyauction, LLC. shall be entitled to involve third parties to satisfy its contractual obligations without being required to notify the buyer. Obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport is to be reported to Propennyauction, LLC. upon taking delivery.

Cancellations Returns and Refunds

Propennyauction, LLC. grants purchasers the right to cancel a purchase for a full refund anytime before the item is downloaded. Once downloaded and activated purchaser acknowledges that there are no cancellations, returns, or refunds.

All rights with respect to those marks are reserved. All other trademarks appearing on the Website are the property of their respective owners. Using Monthly Subscription plan

if you fail to make payment for any month, your license will be suspended.You can reactivate license but there will not monthly payment option.

Using PropennyAuction's hosting

If you are using propennyauction's hosting for your website you must make automatic payment every month. you must inform us if you want to make any changes in billing date or time or change server plan.

if you fails to make payment of server, our payment gateay will try to chage you few times 2-4 time if not successfull we will delete server and keep backup for 30 days in case you would like to move on different server. you must ask for backup within 30 days.
